After several months of sharing elevated vocabulary with a wink and a smile, I’ve decided to hit pause on What’s a Better Word For.

Like many great endeavors, this project started with enthusiasm and ambition. And while I put a lot of energy into this newsletter, something obviously wasn’t working for you guys (if you want to let me know what you didn’t like, please share).

So this is me officially shelving this project, for now. It may return someday in a new form, new name, or new medium (TikTok? interpretive dance?), but for now, it’s been a pleasure to write for you.
